Madyke Mokorosi of Run/Walk For Life Grahamstown was the latest member to win a pair of shoes in the national run competition. Every week, a picture of a Run/Walk For Life member, wearing some form of new balance kit is posted onto the head office website. Madyke identified herself by phoning head office and her name was put into the monthly draw for a pair of New Balance running/walking shoes. Every month, one of 4 lucky participants will win a pair of new shoes.

WINNERS:
January 2010 - Trevor Corin (Midrand Branch)
February 2010 - Hemi Ranchod (Polokwane Branch)
March 2010 - Madyke Mokorosi (Grahamstown Branch).

Well done to Paul who received a bronze certificate for upgrading from the field level to the road. Paul joined the programme at the beginning of January 2010, and started on 17 and a half minutes, and has worked his way onto the road in only three months. So is all it takes is dedication (to get to the field at least 2 to 3 times a week) and you will achive for goals before you know it.
